I recently purchased a used car from Auto Cars Of Chicago at the S. Western location and had a great experience from start to finish.Specifically Lawrence and Thamer were the ones helping me. Very polite and respectful of my timeThe process was quick and smooth and straight to the point with no BS., and I really appreciated how mindful the salesman was throughout the entire purchase asking me about what features are must haves in the car i am looking for.There was absolutely no pressure, which made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free.They were also very prompt in getting back to me with my loan quotes, which helped me make a decision quickly and confidently, instead of sitting around for hours.The dealership even had hot coffee waiting, which was a nice touch while everything was being finalized.Overall, it was an easy and pleasant car-buying experience.
